BLACK WATER TANK

Superior Durability: Sealand blackwater tanks are 100% pure polyethylene resin, built in a single piece, without joints that could cause loss of tightness. This material is the most suitable for the design of blackwater tanks because it is anticorrosive and resistant to odor filtration.

The thickness of its walls is 11mm, 50% thicker than other tanks.

Leak-proof design : The blackwater tanks have been subjected to a pressure test with all connections installed, eliminating the possibility of liquid leaks and odors.

Complies with ISO 8099:2000 standards: Sealand is the only manufacturer that correctly certifies and identifies its tanks.

Odor-proof design : Sealand sewage tanks have thick walls that make them resistant to odor permeation. Tanks can also be equipped with a SaniGard inline vent filter that prevents odors emanating from the storage tank vent.

Implosion Protection : Sealand sewage tanks are equipped with a TankSaver vacuum safety valve that protects the tank from excessive suction by port discharge pumps. The valve opens automatically under conditions of high vacuum pressures, but remains sealed despite possible sudden shocks or vibrations, so no bad odors escape.

Multiple outlets : Basic storage tanks are equipped with two discharge outlets on the top. One of the connections is for discharge on deck and the other for discharge into the sea. Our exclusive immersed tube design reduces the risk of blockages, and in turn minimizes residual deposits in the septic tank.
