We are talking about Malén Llompart Gual , well-known in the Balearic nautical world, who will serve as the company's director of expansion and development.

As Business Development Manager, Malén will be in charge of carrying out the company's strategic planning to achieve very clear objectives: increase turnover, offer better quality and be more innovative. In order to meet these challenges, Malén has met with all the teams from the company's different divisions to learn first-hand the ins and outs of Dahlberg and be able to develop an internal plan that will lead the company to achieve international renown, managing to extend the network of contacts with clients and suppliers.

Although Malén 's beginnings were linked to the hotel industry, as she studied International Hotel Management, she has worked for the last 20 years in the nautical sector , specifically at the Puerto Turístico Deportivo Alcudiamar, where she has had the opportunity to learn about all the ins and outs of this vast industry. Knowledge that she has also acquired as a member of the board of directors of the Association of Nautical Sports Facilities of the Balearic Islands (ANADE) and the Balearic Marine Cluster , two entities that work to improve the situation of the islands' ports and businesses. She will undoubtedly apply this professional experience in her new role within the Dahlberg organisation, along with her passion, attitude, desire to innovate and to create a plan that streamlines processes within the company.

Despite having known the company and Dahlberg's services for years, now that he is part of the company, Mal é n can confirm that his new home, from a professional point of view, is a strategic, coherent and high-quality company. “This year marks the 50th anniversary and I hope to be able to lay the foundations of the structure to achieve another 50 years,” he confesses.
