As is tradition, at Dahlberg we have had an outstanding participation in the Palma International Boat Show (PIBS), a key event for the global nautical industry that was just held from April 25 to 28 at the Moll Vell in the Balearic capital.

This edition is doubly special for Dahlberg, as it coincides with the 40th edition of the nautical fair and marks our 50th anniversary of the company founded by Kjell Dahlberg, a pioneer and visionary of the Balearic nautical sector. Our CEO, Margarita Dahlberg, declares that “During these days it fills me with pride to see what this fair has become and how the sector has grown. I have a very special memory of my father, who knew well in advance the potential that sailing would have on our islands.” Margarita had a decisive role in the future development of this nautical fair as president of the Association of Nautical Companies of the Balearic Islands (AENIB), a position she held for more than two decades.

During these four days, At Dahlberg we have presented various innovations in electronics, comfort and safety. Standing out among them, the NSX Ultrawide screen from the Simrad brand , which offers a large active area equivalent to two smaller screens, and the B&G Zeus 3S high-speed chartplotter , designed specifically for sailing.

Regarding onboard connectivity, we have exhibited the SailaLite antenna , which allows receiving 5G data at long distances from the coast, and the Hydra antenna support , which combines the Starlink antenna with 5G, offering innovative solutions at affordable prices.

In the area of ​​comfort, we have presented the new fixed refrigerator NRX 50 , with innovative design and superior energy efficiency, as well as the Patrol portable refrigerator , demanded for its robustness and high performance, capable of keeping ice for more than 48 hours, both models coming from our partner Dometic.

In security, we have highlighted the new Jotron's Tron 60AIS radio beacon , equipped with AIS, a product in high demand due to the legislative changes that will make it mandatory to carry on board a device with an AIS AND GPS automatic vessel identification system.

Once again, we distinguish ourselves with the unmistakable display of Dometic electric and vacuum toilets, as well as SFA electric ones.
