We believe that by now you already know, and that is that our firm was born in 1974. This means that this year, in Dahlberg, we celebrate no more and no less than 50 years of journey, thanks to which, we could write a book about our history, providing many anecdotes. That's why we ask you a question: do you know how we work to achieve and maintain the trust of passionate people and professionals in the nautical sector? In our case the answer is clear: betting on having a great team. Thanks to the professionals who make up the Dahlberg team, we have qualified and expert profiles in each area of ​​work.

Dahlberg is distinguished within the nautical industry for its four divisions: electronics, sanitation, rescue and comfort . Although each section has its own specific responsibilities and objectives, the real magic of Dahlberg lies in how these departments intertwine and collaborate with each other to offer a comprehensive service.

You could say that everything starts in the sales department, where customer calls and requests are answered. From there, the entire process is meticulously monitored. As it explains Malén Llompart, director of expansion and development : “I act as a link between logistics and sales and make a connection between the two departments.” Malén is in charge, among other functions, of customer service, budgeting, internal and external communication, and business strategic planning.

After this first contact with the client, their requests are collected so that the logistics department can confirm availability of the order or request units from suppliers. “We manage purchases with our suppliers, the arrival and classification in the warehouse and the subsequent shipment to the client or directly to their installation,” he explains. Cristina Noguera, head of the logistics department , who adds that in the end her main job is to “the customer receives a specific product within the agreed period.”

Next, its delivery or installation is coordinated with the technical department, led by Toni Lopera, our experienced technical director , who has been at Dahlberg for 40 years. Furthermore, for a few years now, we have added talent to this area by incorporating a cast of professionals who strengthen the technical department.

Although each department has its specific functions, what all Dahlberg employees value equally is the dynamism of their work. “Every day is different, which maintains excitement and interest in our work. Furthermore, the good atmosphere is palpable, we consider ourselves a true family united by their passion and dedication to their work,” acknowledges Toni Lopera.
