Sealand Grommets provide a completely airtight seal
Grommets sealing gaskets allow quick and safe installation of rigid pipes or other accessories directly into potable water tanks as well as gray or black water tanks, without the need for sealant, adhesive or fastening. Its use is recommended in tanks with ambient temperature and pressure.
Suitable for use with standard diameter pipes or fittings: 13mm (1”), 19mm (¾”), 25mm (1”), 32mm (1-1/4”), 38mm (1-1/2”) , 51mm (2”).
Do not use with gasoline tanks or those containing petroleum or bleach-based products.
Install in tanks with walls 6mm to 13mm (¼” to ½”) thick.
Recommended product for the installation of pipes or accessories
Note: The tank wall thickness must be supplemented to the recommended minimum to ensure a completely airtight seal.
Dimensions
It is recommended to lubricate the pipe to be assembled with a diluted detergent mixture
