Obtaining the M1 registration number
Today is a happy day at Dahlberg SA!!!
Especially for our Technical team, led by our Telecommunications Engineer Sarah Lopera, as we are very proud to announce that the Maritime Radiocommunications Area, dependent on the General Directorate of the Merchant Navy, has granted us the classification as an AUTHORIZED INSTALLER OF RADIOCOMMUNICATION AND RADIONAVIGATION EQUIPMENT with CATEGORY M1.
Category M1 authorizes us to carry out installation, repair and maintenance services for radio equipment that is installed or is likely to be installed on vessels that are under GMDSS SOLAS regulations.

We have fantastic news, especially by our Technical Department, managed by our Telecommunications Engineer Sarah Lopera. We are truly proud to communicate that the area of maritime radiocommunications, dependent on the General Directorate of Merchant Marine, we have been approved for the classification like INSTALLERS OF RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS AND AUTHORIZED RADIO NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT WITH CATEGORY M1.
The category M1 gives us permission to perform installation services, repairs and maintenance of radio electronics equipment, that are installed or susceptible to being installed on ships that are under GMDSS SOLAS regulation.
